For the first semi-final, RTP revealed there were three ties for the top six spots. Both Maragarida Campelo and Bluay both topped the combined vote, followed by Jéssica Pina and Marco Rodrigues. Josh and Peculiar were also tied for fifth place, receiving 12 points. However, Josh qualified due to having a higher score from the juries.

RTP also revealed that Napa comfortably won the second semi-final, collecting 20 out of 24 available points. Diana Vilarinho finished in second place, earning 18 points – and winning the televote. Henka, who qualified from the second round of voting, scored nearly 54% of the final vote – thus being saved by the public.

For the final, Diana and Napa eventually tied for first place when the voting was done. However, following the release of the full results, it was revealed that Diana was 0.07% away from winning the show. Having secured 5.91% of the public vote, Diana received 5 points. But Bombazine, who finished with 6 televote points, earned 5.98% of the vote. This would equivalate to around 60 votes, which would have sent Diana to Basel.
