About the OGAE Second Chance Contest

OGAE is a network of of Eurovision fan clubs and runs various contests throughout the year. For the Second Chance Contest, OGAE clubs in countries using public national selection processes can submit a song that did not go to Eurovision. Many clubs submit their second most popular entry as voted in their selection. But any club can choose any song from the process that meets the rules.

OGAE rest of the world (ROTW) selects a song from any country that has a selection process but no OGAE club. All OGAE clubs can vote, regardless of whether they have a participating entry or not.

The winning OGAE club organises the contest in the next year, meaning next year will be hosted by OGAE Italy.
