valleria, who was set to take part in the live auditions of Moldova’s Eurovision 2025 selection Etapa Națională 2025 is set to audition in San Marino’s Eurovision 2025 selection ‘Una Voce Per San Marino’, following her disqualification from Moldova’s selection.
Audition for UVPSM 2025 confirmed by valleria
Over the weekend, valleria was set to participate in the live auditions of Moldova’s Eurovision 2025 selection Etapa Națională 2025. However, she was disqualified due to arriving late to the live auditions. Despite this, fans online encouraged valleria to send her song to San Marino, which seems to have come to fruition, as it has been revealed that she will be auditioning for the San Marinese selection.
Initially, valleria posted on social media that it wasn’t confirmed, but as time went on, it seems that valleria is set to participate. Initially, it was reported that valleria will take part in the auditions this Wednesday, January 23, but this has now been pushed back to this Saturday, January 25 at 10:00CET. valleria have submitted her entry “A Picture of Myself” for consideration.
San Marino’s Eurovision Journey
As one of the smallest countries in Europe, San Marino made its debut in the competition in 2008 with Miodio and the song “Complice”. Since then they have participated in the competition 14 times, qualifying for the grand final in three. Their best result was in 2019, with Serhat and “Say Na Na Na”.
Spanish band Megara represented San Marino in 2024 with the song “11:11”. They failed to qualify from the second semifinal, placing fourteenth and receiving sixteen points from the televote.
