Dutch broadcaster AVROTROS has finalised the Junior Songfestival 2025 lineup. Following several audition rounds and televised episodes, the last five acts have now been confirmed, bringing the total to 11 finalists competing to represent the Netherlands at Junior Eurovision 2025 in Tbilisi.
A full lineup is set for Junior Songfestival 2025
Taking place on 20 September 2025 at the RTM Stage in Rotterdam, Junior Songfestival will feature 11 acts selected from an original pool of 72 auditionees. Finalists were revealed during a special announcement show held at AVROTROS Studios in Hilversum, hosted by Matheu Hinzen, 2019 Dutch Junior Eurovision entrant, and who will co-host the live final of Junior Songfestival 2025 with Stefania, who represented the Netherlands at Junior Eurovision 2016 and Greece at Eurovision 2020 and 2021.

The 11 selected finalists will be grouped into four acts, each of which will receive an original song. Every act will also record a music video for their entry. These four acts will compete in the Junior Songfestival 2025 live final on 20 September, where the winner will earn the right to represent the Netherlands at Junior Eurovision 2025 in Tbilisi.
The Netherlandsβ Junior Eurovision Journey
The Netherlands has participated in every edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest since its inception, first taking part in 2003. The country’s first entry came in the form of Roel, singing “Mijn ogen zeggen alles”. At the close of voting, the Netherlands finished in 11th place, earning 23 points. Since then, the Netherlands have taken part another 19 times, earning one victory in 2009 with Ralf Mackenbach singing “Click-Clack”.
In 2024, the quartet Stay Tuned represented the Netherlands in Madrid. Their song “Music” received 34 points from the jury and 57 from the televote, placing tenth overall.
