Swedish rapper and two-time Melodifestivalen participant Anis Don Demina has released his new EP “Underbarn” (transl. “Wonder Child”). Anis has competed in Melodifestivalen in 2019 and 2020 and hosted one of the Melodifestivalen Semi-Finals earlier this year.

Like his, Melodifestivalen attempts all the songs within this EP are in Swedish, which consists of three covers and a new song, “Flaggen i topp” which is Sweden’s official song for Euro2020, for which he collaborated with SAMI who also participated in this year’s Melodifestivalen. A music video was released, which you are able to watch below:

About Anis’s EP

Upon the release of his new EP, it was revealed that Anis’s new EP is personal to him, as it’s ‘a mix of nostalgic memories and a love tribute to his girlfriend Filippa. The interpretations he has made are some of his favorites from growing up.

Anis Don Demina’s Eurovision Journey!

Anis has competed in Melodifestivalen twice, once in 2019 with Zeana where they sang the song ‘Mina brรคnder’ where they finished fifth in the first heat. The rapper then returned to Melodifestivalen the following year with the song ‘Vem e som oss’ this time reaching the final, which finished fifth place in the 2020 Melodifestivalen final. This year Anis again returned to the Swedish National final but this time as a host alongside Oscar Zia who has also competed in Melodifestivalen.
