North Macedonia’s Junior Eurovision Journey

North Macedonia (previously FYR Macedonia) participated in the first Junior Eurovision in 2003 with Marija and Viktorija’s “Ti ne me poznavas”. The song finished 12th with 19 points.

The nation has participated every year since except for 2012, 2014, and 2020. Their best result came in 2007 when Rosica Kulakova and Dimitar Stojmenovski’s “Ding Ding Dong” finished in 5th place with 111 points.

Like their counterparts at Eurovision, the majority of North Macedonia’s entries have been sung in Macedonian.
