Whilst Swedish broadcaster SVT finalizes the list of artists participating in their Eurovision 2025 selection, Melodifestivalen, the rumors regarding who will be participating in the 65th edition of the competition continue to be reported. This time a supergroup consisting of dance band vocalists Maria Persson, Maria Rolf, and Sandra Estberg, are the latest artists to be reported as part of the line-up.

Vocalists from dance bands set to participate

As reported by Aftonbladet, the three vocalists were formed to make a supergroup, with its sources saying that the trio’s participation is to ‘bring in more women from the dance band world’, with the song being described as ‘strong dance band pop’, and was written by Mikael Karlsson who wrote Arvingarna’s “I Do”, which made the final of Mello in 2019, placing seventh.
