Who are Shkodra Elektronike?

Kolë Laca and Beatriçe Gjergji formed the folktronica duo Shkodra Elektronike, named after their home city of Shkodër in Albania’s North West. They would begin to gain traction in their native Albania in 2020 with the release of their first singles. Before participating in, and winning Albania’s Festival i Këngës with their song “Zjerm” they had also as songwriters in the festival’s 60th edition for Rezarta Smaja’s “E jemja nuse”.

Shkodra Elektronike will be participating in Eurovision 2025 with their entry “Zjerm”, which was written by the duo themselves alongside Lekë Gjeloshi.
