In the lead-up to this year’s contest in Basel, the EBU have announced that alongside nine of its members have launched My Eurovision Party, which is the first official Roblox experience for Eurovision.

Upon the launch of the Roblox experience, the EBU have uploaded a snippet of the experience on the Eurovision socials, to show how the experience would look like:

Speaking about the experience, ESC Director Martin Green comments:
This partnership opens a new chapter in the Eurovision Song Contest universe, We’re bringing the joyful spirit of the world’s largest live music event to a platform where millions of young people already connect, have fun and express themselves.
The EBU collaborated with the BBC (UK), DR (Denmark), France Télévisions (France), NPO/AVROTROS (Netherlands), RTÉ (Ireland), and SRG SSR (Switzerland), SWR/NDR/ARD (Germany), VRT (Belgium) and Yle (Finland) on the experience.
To try out the My Eurovision Party 2025 Roblox experience at http://roblox.com/eurovision, the experience will be available until May 30.
All About Eurovision 2025
Switzerland will be hosting the 69th edition of the competition following Nemo’s historic win at Eurovision 2024 in Malmö. A few weeks after their win, Reto Peritz, and Moritz Stadler were announced as the Executive Producers, with other roles revealed in July 2024.
Basel, Bern & Biel/Bienne, Geneva, and Zurich submitted bids to host next year’s competition, with Basel and Geneva being shortlisted as the final two cities. After the shortlist, it was decided that Basel will host Eurovision 2025, at St. Jakobshalle with the shows taking place on May 13, 15 and 17.
The visual identity for this year’s contest is “Unity Shapes Love”, which was developed by Art Director Artur Deyneuve, and was inspired by the Swiss tradition of direct democracy, with the message conveyed visually through the iconic Eurovision heart symbol.
