🇩🇰 Søren Torpegaard Lund releases new single “Festen stopper aldrig”

Denmark’s 2026 Eurovison Song Contest participant Søren Torpegaard Lund has released his newest single “Festen stopper aldrig”.

About “Festen stopper aldrig”

Søren Torpegaard Lund has released his new single “Festen stopper aldrig” (The party new stops). The track is an upbeat, dance-pop record. It bears some similarities to his 2026 Eurovision entry “Før vi gÃ¥r hjem” in sound and production; it’s a big, club-sounding, party anthem. Søren delivers his trademark musical talents, and at moments in the Danish singer is backed up with a choir-like wall of vocals.

The song was written and composed by Søren himself, alongside Clara Sofie Fabricius, Thomas Meilstrup and Valdemar Littauer Bendixen who collaborated with him on “Før vi gÃ¥r hjem”.

This is the first, new piece of music Søren has released since performing on the Eurovision stage in Vienna. He has, however, recently release an English language remix of his Eurovision entry “Før vi gÃ¥r hjem”. The remix, titled “You got me”, was created in collaboration with German dance duo twocolors.

This new release also marks the start of Søren’s collaboration with Little Yellow House, Universal Germany and Universal Nordics. Søren wrote on his Instagram of the new track:

These last couple of months have truly been an adventure, from DMGP to ESC, new friendships, experiences, and more people than I could ever imagine, embracing my music. This next song perfectly explains how I feel at the moment, exited, overwhelmed, euphoric and overcooked and more than ready for none of it to end. That’s also why, I’m very proud that this single marks the beginning of a collaboration between Little Yellow House, Universal Germany and Universal Nordics, surrounding my music. I’m so very thankful that this team of people, wanna help me on my journey with music and art.
