With just over six months to go until the biggest Eurovision Pre-Party takes place the organisers of Eurovision in Concert have revealed that Cornald Maas and Eurovision 1999 winner Charlotte Perrelli will be hosting the event on April 13 at AFAS Live.
Hosts with Eurovision Experience
Cornald Maas will once again return to his hosting duties, having done so for numerous years. Cornald is known for being the Dutch commentator for Eurovision, having been in the role for 19 years so far. In addition to this, Cornald Maas is a member of The Netherlands’ selection committee, which helps select the Dutch representative for Eurovision.
Meanwhile, Charlotte Perrelli participated in Eurovision twice, up first in 1999 with “Take Me To Your Heaven”, where she won, and in 2008 with “Hero” where she placed 18th. In addition to this, she participated in Melodifestivalen five times, with her latest entry being “Still Young” which placed eighth in 2021.

About the Pre-Party: Known for being the biggest Eurovision Pre-Party, fans from all over the world travelled to the Dutch capital of Amsterdam to see the acts perform live. The concert took place on April 15, 2023, at AFAS Live, which has been the home of the concert since 2018. The show was hosted by Cornald Maas and Hila Noorzai.
