Luxembourgish broadcaster RTL has revealed the full results for Saturday’s Luxembourg Song Contest, which determined that TALI will represent Luxembourg at Eurovision 2024 in Malmö, Sweden.
Luxembourg Song Contest 2024 First Round Results
Saturday’s competition saw TALI emerge victorious with her song “Fighter”. The voting was split into two rounds. The first of which saw both the juries and the public vote. It featured all eight artists and determined which three artists moved on to the super final. These three artists were TALI, Krick and Joel Marques.

Luxembourg Song Contest 2024 Second Round Results
The second round once again featured the jury and the public voting for who they would like to represent Luxembourg. This time it just featured the three artists who advanced to the semi-final: TALI, Krick and Joel Marques.

Luxembourg’s Eurovision History
Luxembourg first debuted in the first edition of the Contest in 1956, with their first entries being “Ne crois pas” and “Les amants de minuit”, both performed by Michèle Arnaud. Since the first Contest, Luxembourg has competed a total of 37 times. Their best result was finishing in 1st place five times – in 1961, 1965, 1972, 1973 and 1983 respectively.
Luxembourg last participated in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1993, when Modern Times represented the nation with the song “Donne-moi une chance”. At the close of voting, Luxembourg finished 20th in a field of 25 with 11 points. Following this participation, Luxembourg withdrew from the Contest but is returning to the Contest in time for 2024.
