Namely, Sanremo and Sanremo Giovani have become essentially separate, the number of big artists is smaller (24, compared to 30 in 2024) and cover night will no longer be a part of the final rankings. The announcement of the 24 ‘big’ artists competing at the festival will occur on December 2nd on Italian channel TG1.
