The Winners

Charlotte Perrelli – “La Bondad de Dios”

If you told me last year that Charlotte Perrelli would sing in Spanish about “La Bondad de Dios” (The Goodness of God) I would have responded “Sure? I guess?” And now it has happened. It’s another addition to Charlotte’s ever growing collection of slower songs, with this track being powered by an acoustic guitar before building to something a little bit grander.

Victoria, Ashnikko – “DADDY”

Victoria of Måneskin keeps her solo adventures going with “DADDY”. Her style of electronic music is not mine, but I can totally see people going wild to this.

Nigar Jamal — “Bizi Yollar Səsləyir”

Nigar, who you may know as the Nikki of Ell & Nikki, is ready for a summer roadtrip with “Bizi Yollar Səsləyir” (The Roads Call Us). It’s a relaxed dancepop track that feels like it was made for chill beach parties.

JJ – “Wasted Love (CYRIL Remix)”

This year’s Eurovision winner got a remix courtesy of CYRIL. It’s a fairly typical remix, with a big fat beat thrown over the original and some smaller edits here and there, which end up making the song about 20 seconds shorter in this case.

Salvador Sobral, Cordel – “Nau Frágil”

The ever busy Salvador Sobral lends some of his vocals to Cordel for new song “Nau Frágil”, which feels very much like something in his wheelhouse.
