Albanian broadcaster RTSH has revealed the 30 artists that will participate at Festivali i Këngës 63.

The submission period for this year’s Festivali i Këngës lasted from September 27th to September 29th. RTSH received 85 submissions, of which 30 will participate at the festival. Festivali i Këngës 63 will be the first edition under new artistic director Elhaida Dani. While few details have been revealed about the festival so far, the festival will feature a new ‘nostalgia night’, celebrating 20 years of Albania in Eurovision. The 30 artists participating at Festivali i Këngës 63 are:

Albania’s Eurovision History
In 2004, Albania made their debut into the Eurovision Song Contest with Anjeza Shahini with “Image of You”, which placed 7th in the final. Since their debut, Albania has participated 20 times, and made the final 10 times. They achieved their best result in 2012, where Rona Nishliu placed 5th with “Suus”.
Besa represented Albania in 2024 with the song “Titan”. “Titan” performed in the second semi-final, where it ultimately placed fifteenth out of sixteen, receiving 14 points from the televote.
