Greece has become the latest country to unveil their entry for Eurovision 2024. Marina Satti’s “Zari” was unveiled on a special broadcast on ERT1. The song will represent Greece in the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest 2024.

Marina Satti was announced as Greece’s Eurovision representative late last year; as well as being a singer/songwriter, Marina is also an actress and music producer. Marina who is 37, has been releasing music as a solo artist since 2008, however has taken part in other projects throughout her career
Her entry, “Zari,” was written by VLOSPA, OGE, Solmeister & herself. Fokas Evangelinos will act as artistic director for Greece for Eurovision 2024, he also produced the music video for the track.

Greece’s Eurovision Journey
In 1974, Greece made its debut to the Eurovision Song Contest with “Krasi, thalassa ke t’agori mou” which placed 11th. Since then they have participated on 43 occasions (40 of which made the Grand Final), and have won once, in 2005.
Greece’s most recent Eurovision participation saw them being represented by Victor Vernicos with the song “What They Say”. Following his performance, Greece failed to qualify for the Grand Final, finishing in 13th place in the second semi-final in Liverpool. He earned a total of 14 points from the televote.
