Eurovision Asia continues to take shape as another entry has been selected. Over in Laos, VTE9 held its selection, ‘Sieng Lao: The One,’ where Thinla performed the 3 entries that were shortlisted, with “Bae” being selected as Laos’ debut entry into Eurovision Asia.

The three entries that participated in Sieng Lao: The One, and the results are as follows:

Laos’ entry for Eurovision Asia was selected by a mixture of Jury Voting (40%), Local Voting (40%), and International Voting (20%)
‘Sieng Lao: The One’ was hosted by Tot Lina and Lanny. The participants performed to a panel consisting of Ola Blackeyes, Sack Cells and Baby Max

What do we know about Eurovision Asia 2026?
Early this year, EBU and Voxovation confirmed the launch of Eurovision Asia, following its initial attempt to launch the format in 2017. The inaugural edition of the competition is set to take place on November 14th in Bangkok, Thailand.
