Time is flying fast and quickly in Kazakhstan. It only felt like yesterday, when Khabar Agency announced that they will be holding a National Final to select their next representative. The online vote has now concluded and the ten finalists have now been revealed.

After a few days of online voting, the ten artists still in contention to represent Kazakhstan at the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest are as follows:
- Ayganym Amantay
- Amina Asgatova
- Zhunibekuly Beknur
- Alinur Khamzin
- Jan Makim
- Armen Sahakyan
- Adina Sulenova
- Ekaterina Tabarina
- Alimzhan Tugelbai
- Abilgayyr Zhumabay
The next step in the process is the National Final, which will take place on the 6th of November, where Kazakhstan’s fourth Junior Eurovision representative will be revealed.
Kazakhstan’s Junior Eurovision Journey
In 2018, Kazakhstan made its debut in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, where Daneliya Tuleshova represented the nation with “รziลe Sen” which placed 6th. Since their debut, they have participated two more times. In 2019, with Yerzhan Maksim and the song “Armanyลnan qalma” and once again in 2020 with Karakat Bashanova with “Forever”, both of which placed 2nd overall.
