๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ฟ The 30 Finalists for Kazakhstan’s Junior Eurovision 2021 National Final are revealed

After announcing that Kazakhstan will be holding a National Final, in order to select its 2021 Junior Eurovision representative, Khabar Agency has announced the 30 finalists that will be competing in the online vote. With this announcement, it was revealed that it has received 819 submissions in this year’s competition.

The 30 Finalists still in the running

After receiving 819 submissions, a jury then selected the 30 finalists that will proceed to the online vote. The jury members who selected the 30 finalists are:

  • Madina Sadvakasova
  • Beksultan Kenishkaliyev
  • Qanat Aitbayev
  • Yerlan Bekchurin
  • Qarlygash Abdikarimova

The top 30 finalists are:

  5. Ayganym Amantay

  13. Aruzhan Ermek

The online voting is now open and will close on the 12th of October. From the online vote, ten participants would then proceed, where they will compete with songs that are specially written for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Kazakhstan is due to select its 2021 Junior Eurovision representative on November 6.

Kazakhstan’s Junior Eurovision Journey

In 2018, Kazakhstan made its debut in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, where Daneliya Tuleshova represented the nation with “ร“ziล„e Sen” which placed 6th. Since their debut, they have participated two more times. In 2019, with Yerzhan Maksim and the song “Armanyล„nan qalma” and once again in 2020 with Karakat Bashanova with “Forever”, both of which placed 2nd overall.
