As the year draws to a close, more and more countries continue to reveal if they are participating in Eurovision Young Musicians 2024. We have another non-participation confirmed, as United Kingdom reveals it will not be present at the next edition of the competition.
2nd consecutive non-participation for the United Kingdom
United Kingdom’s non-participation in the 21st edition of the competition was revealed by BBC to Eurofestivales. The broadcaster did not mention their reason for non-participation.
What we know about Eurovision Young Musicians 2024
Earlier in the year, it has been revealed that Norwegian broadcaster NRK and the city of Bodø will be the hosts of the 21st edition of Eurovision Young Musicians, which will take place on Stromen Concert Hall on the 17th August 2024.
