During the opening ceremony of this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest, parts of the running order for this year’s competition was revealed. This evening, the country that is performing first and last and the Host Country’s (Armenia) position were determined by a draw.
Results of the draw
The results of the draw from the Opening Ceremony were as follows:
- Performing 1st – The Netherlands
- Performing 16th – Ukraine
- Armenia’s Position – 15th
The remainder of the running order will be decided by the producers and will be revealed in due course.
Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022
The 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place in Yerevan, following Malena’s win in the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with “Qami Qami“, with the competition set to take place on the 11th of December. The competing countries in this year’s competition are as follows:
- Albania โ Kejtlin Gjata
- Armenia โ Nare
- France โ Lissandro
- Georgia โ Mariam Bigvava
- Ireland โ Sophie Lennon
- Italy– Chanel Dilecta
- Kazakhstan โ David Charlin
- Malta โ Gaia Gambuzza
- The Netherlands โ Luna
- North Macedonia โ Lara, Irina & Jovan
- Poland โ Laura Bฤ czkiewicz
- Portugal โ Nicolas Alves
- Serbia โ Katarina Saviฤ
- Spain โ Carlos Higes
- Ukraine โ Zlata Dziunka
- United Kingdom โ Freya Skye
